Shipping Info & FAQ
Every STEELWOODdesign purchase is packed with care and shipped to your home via Canada Post. Customers will have the option to select the shipping method that’s right for them during checkout.
All wholesale orders are shipped via UPS. We use the lowest rate available for our shipments, unless otherwise specified by the customer. The shipping total will be added to your final invoice amount.

What Carrier Do You Use for Shipment?
For single customer purchases, we use Canada Post. For wholesale orders, we use UPS unless otherwise discussed with the customer.

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
Will You Ship Internationally?
Yes, we will ship internationally.
Do I Have to Pay Customs on My Order?
Yes, the customer is responsible for all duties and taxes charged when shipping over borders.
How Long to Ship Wholesale Orders?
Wholesale orders can take upwards of 4 weeks to create and ship.
Do You Offer Rush Orders?
